In our restaurant, the quality of the raw materials and the ancient flavours are behind our kitchen philosophy: traditional and revisited recipes will bring You on a gastronomic journey through the local delicacies. Guests with particular needs will also find gluten-free and non-dairy products at their disposal.
There’s nothing like a hearty breakfast to start Your day: at the buffet, enjoy our homemade cakes and pastries, yogurt, a selection of cheese, cold cuts and much more.
From the great classics of the traditional kitchen of our region, to the modern recipes, every dish of our Menu will indulge Your palate.

Genuine flavours from the local tradition

Discover the local gastronomic traditions at the table of our Restaurant: first of all, the appetizer “Delizie Trentine” with smoked trout from the Trentino valleys, Primo sale cheese, fruit compote, deer bresaola, the typical Primiero Nostrano cheese, porcini mushrooms in oil.
Some of the proposals for the first course: Canederli (Knödel) with melted butter, barley soup alla primierotta, homemade pasta with mountain chanterelles or venison ragout.
Let our main course tickle Your palate: our specials pair perfectly with a glass of wine, like the typical grilled sausage, salmì roe deer, sauteed mountain mushrooms, the traditional yellow mush Polenta di Storo, the Tosèla – a local cheese, venison fillet with pepper sauce, grilled cheese, our tyrolean dish and much more!.

Homemade pastries and schnapps

A warm apple strudel with vanilla sauce, a slice of homemade mixed berry tart, a panna cotta, or a cup of chestnuts in syrup with whipped cream will be the sweetest conclusion of a refined gastronomic experience.
The scents of the juniper berries, gentian, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries of our homemade schnapps will remind You of authentic flavours from another time.

Quality and environmental sustainability

In our Hotel, we work with respect for the enviroment: we undertake to use organic farm-to-table raw materials, and homemade products; we are aware of the importance of the reduction of the waste production to preserve our beautiful region.
The Hotel makes use of renewable energy, and has recently been fitted with a biomass heating system and some solar panels for the production of hot water.
